Welcome to the Basketball Skills and Conditioning class at Mind Body and Soul Fitness, tailored for kids aged 7-16 eager to develop their basketball fundamentals in a supportive setting. Unlike many programs that emphasize advanced techniques, we focus on nurturing beginners to intermediate level players.
Held in our half-court gym, each class is limited to 20 children for personalized attention. Sessions last 60 minutes and span 8 weeks, totaling 8 sessions. Participants commit to either the Tuesday or Wednesday time slot, ensuring consistent guidance throughout the program.
Our curriculum emphasizes mastering dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and hand-eye coordination through engaging drills and games. Experienced coaches prioritize individual improvement in a fun and supportive atmosphere, fostering self-confidence and teamwork.
Parent seating is limited to maintain focus. The class isn't just about learning basketball—it's about having fun, getting fit, and building confidence on and off the court. Join us every Tuesday or Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.
