HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) was originally designed for menopausal
woman and post menopause... It was a way for them to still lose weight
and burn fat like they were still full of youth before things didn't
work as well as they once used to... HIIT training is starting to become
known but at our studio we have been doing it for a long time. So wether
your at this point in life or not and are still very youthful or somewhere
in between HIIT training classes are a proven method for you to burn fat,
lose weight, build and develop lean muscle... Not only do you burn while
you workout but you will leave your metabolism in an elevated state for
up to 48 hours post workout. That means you will be burning fat while
you sleep as well... Beginner levels for HIIT are 20 seconds of work and
40 second rest periods, medium levels are 30/30 and advanced levels are
40/20 splits. Now with everything, your program should never consist of
one method but this method should be your cardio method for sure... And
a part of anyone's weight training program period... Classes are available
