Mind Body and Soul Fitness Meal Preperation

Mind Body and Soul wants to help you meet your healthy food goals and we know that sometimes convenience is a roadblock to achieving those goals. Now we can help you out with prepared meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for 5 or 7 day plans! For local pickup only (Santa Clarita Valley), tupperware not included. Meals consist of:

Breakfast Smoothie
Oatmeal, spinach, brocoli, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, whole cranberries, banana, orange juice, protein, flax

Lunch/snack
Baked chicken breast
Brown rice
Vegetable*

Dinner
Fish (cod, tilapia, salmon)
Quinoa
Vegetable*

*Vegetable choices
Steamed broccoli

Sauteed eggplant with mushroom
Sauteed green beans with garlic
Steamed kale with garlic & lemon
Baked sweet potato
