Fish is one of the healthiest things we can eat for dinner… Truth of the matter is 4 leg animals are extremely rough on the colon and are hard to digest. 2 leg animals are better then four, But still take more time to digest. When we go to bed at night we want to have most of our food digested through the esophagus and all nutrients absorbed into the blood stream so at night the body can do its job which is burn calories and heal itself… If we go to bed full then the job isn’t going to get done the same.
